Terms and Conditions
Axion Yachts m.c.p.y.
Payment policy:
50% of charter value must be paid within 7 days after booking is confirmed and booking confirmation agreement has been signed by the client. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before charter's starting date.
Cancellation policy:
Charters cancelled up to 30 days before charter, require 50% payment of agreed charter price.
Charters cancelled less than 30 days before charter, require 100% payment of agreed charter price.
Money will be refunded if the yacht is re-chartered for the same period and under the same circumstances.
Check in-Check out:
Saturday - Saturday/7days. (different charter duriation or different days of embarkation - disembarkation on special request).
Embarkation: Alimos (Kalamaki) marina / Saturday 17.00hrs.
Disembarkation: Alimos (Kalamaki) marina / Saturday 09.00hrs.
The yacht must return to the base the day before disembarkation, not later than 18.00hrs .
Compulsory extras payable in Base before embarkation:
1.Service pack / in cash (1 cleaning, bed linen, towels, water, cooking gas, mooring fees for the first and last night in Alimos marina).
2.Refundable security deposit (in cash or by credit card visa / mastercard).
Optional extras payable in Base:
Skipper, hostess, Internet Wi-Fi router, inflatable S.U.P. board, safety net, outboard engine, early check in at 14.00 hrs.
Included in price: Taxes, insurance. Not incuded in price: Fuel, provisioning, outboard engine.
Extra services provided on demand:
1.Transfer: From Athens International Airport to Alimos marina. Taxi service for up to 4 persons plus lugggage and
mini bus service for up to 10 persons plus lugggage.
2.Provisioning: free of charge delivery of provisioning from the super marker to the yacht.
Sailing qualifications:
According to Greek law the skipper of the yacht must be the holder of a certificate/license for sailing yachts in sea waters.This original document must be presented to the Base manager and marina port authorities .
We reserve the right not to allow sailing or to appoint a professional skipper if the crew sailing qualifications are proven to be inadequate.Insurance:
All our yachts are insured according to the Greek Law, against risks arising from liabilities to third parties and damages to the hull, machinery and equipment in excess of the security deposit.
